Spider-Man 3 [ 2007 ]

* "Spider-Man 3" is a Hollywood superhero film released in 2007. It is the third installment in the original Spider-Man trilogy directed by Sam Raimi and stars Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane Watson, and James Franco as Harry Osborn. The film was produced by Columbia Pictures and Marvel Studios.

* In "Spider-Man 3," Peter Parker continues to balance his life as a college student and a crime-fighting superhero. However, his life becomes even more complicated when he faces new challenges. Peter's relationship with Mary Jane becomes strained due to his obligations as Spider-Man, and a new villain, the Sandman (played by Thomas Haden Church), emerges. Additionally, Harry Osborn, Peter's best friend, seeks revenge for his father's death and becomes the New Goblin.

* The film also introduces another major villain, Venom, who is portrayed by Topher Grace. Eddie Brock, a rival photographer at the Daily Bugle, becomes the host for the alien symbiote that enhances his strength and grants him powers similar to Spider-Man. As the story progresses, Peter must confront his personal demons and face the consequences of his choices.

* "Spider-Man 3" received mixed reviews from critics but was a commercial success, grossing over $890 million worldwide. Despite its financial success, some viewers felt that the film suffered from an overcrowded plot with too many characters and storylines. However, it remains a notable entry in the Spider-Man film franchise and is remembered for its ambitious attempt to incorporate multiple villains into the narrative.

* It's worth noting that since the release of "Spider-Man 3" in 2007, several more Spider-Man films have been made, including two additional standalone films featuring Tom Holland as Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe: "Spider-Man: Homecoming" (2017) and "Spider-Man: Far From Home" (2019).
